Although I had to return this item, because it wasn't compatible with my device, all communication with the seller was very courteous. They also updated the listing based on the evidence I provided, so other buyers wouldn't have the same problem. Although I would have much preferred to have received what I thought I had ordered, a full refund was sent and have no complaints at all, about how the matter was handled.
